Educating myself on matters having to do with health and wellbeing on every level has been a passionate pursuit of mine for many years.  I thoroughly pursue research on practices, products, companies, and all sorts of solutions to support thriving on every level.  I hope some of what I've learned will serve you to thrive as well.

First snow day!! I was so excited I jumped out of bed and ran outside in my slippers. I always feel like a kid again when I wake up to snow. Such good memories of getting to go outside to play instead of having to go to school.

Right on Dior!! Who doesn’t love a unicorn & butterflies as well as underwater paradise in the shop windows?!? Way more fun than merchandise.
One last great meal in Vienna at Skybar (thank you @cfrancisconi for the recommendation!) and a bit of a walkabout before heading back to Budapest. So fun to share this time and great city with Nikii!!
Train to Vienna and a walkabout town stopping to nosh when hungry. Nikii’s first time to Austria…and I love being back here again. It’s been a while. Great first day!!
